Tonight, Jessica attended the 20th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards, looking very cute in a pink top and wavy hair. She was accompanied by the Fantastic Four co-star Chris Evans. Jessica Alba is known for kicking ass as the Dark Angel, and more recently as Susan Storm/ The Invisible Woman in the Fantastic Four films.

But now, she’s switching genre’s a little and heading to the dark side in the thriller/horror flick, The Eye, a remake of the 2002 horror by the Pang brothers (The Messengers). Jessica stars as Sydney Wells, a very talented concert violinist; what has her standing apart from others is she is blind. That is until she undergoes a double corneal transplant to restore her sight.

Just as she’s becoming accustomed to seeing, weird and strange things start happening around her. Could it be just Sydney adjusting to sight, a product of her imagination, or something horrifyingly real?

Movieweb.com and SplatterFilms.com was on the Los Angeles set of the film and had the chance to speak with Jessica, along with Alessandro Nivola and the French co-directors, David Moreau and Xavier Palud. We were also able to check out the opening scene of the film on the streets of downtown LA!

First off, I have to apologise for the numerous hiatus and horrible sporadic updating lately, but the site has had a complete overhaul — though saying that, some sections are still incomplete — with the main thing being, it’s a fresh new source & look, and hopefully, better than before.

This is a new slate of sorts, hence the deletion of the old updates. I am going to be focusing on the content for the time being — for a start, the Press Archives has been expanded with new web articles and magazine interviews — with only new additions being added to the Gallery — which also has a new layout — relating to recent events & upcoming movies. The ‘older’ content shall be added slowly over time.

And lastly, I have to thank Mycah for this simplistic, yet gorgeous design and for my good friends, Sandra & Filip, for motivating me to work on the site again, the same goes to Mycah as well. Thanks guys.
