Jessica Alba Fan was originally http://www.j-albafan.org, which was launched on November 25, 2003. Fast forward a year later and the site was deleted due to the domain expiring, which also meant losing all 13,000 images. However, looking back, the site wasn’t my proudest effort.

Fast forward to 2005, and I was itching to work on a Jessica Alba related site again — I’ve been a huge fan of Jessica since her Dark Angel days — so http://www.j-albafan.com was launched on February 11, 2006 with my good friend Filip, who later left the site to work on his own projects. Since the site was rushed together, I never truly felt that it was the ultimate fan resource.

Fast forward again to January 2007, and I started putting the site back together with lots of new and updated content, as well as working on adding ‘essential’ images to the gallery such as movie captures and Dark Angel related images & captures — saying that, we made the decision to add this content slowly over time, simply because there’s so much to add.

The newly revamped site was subsequently re-launched on March 26, 2007. At the end of March, Filip came back on board and helped out with the updates for a while.

In May of the same year, we decided to purchase a new domain name: http://www.jessica-fan.com which we felt was a easier name for fans to remember and because we felt the site deserved it, having finally found it’s feet. Around this time, Yvonne also joined the site and it’s been going strong ever since.

The site is still by no means complete but Jessica Alba Fan can only grow from here. Thank you for visiting!
